At Pomegranate, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
